Selected work
Initiatives, contributions, and working method
A selection of corporate initiatives where I was directly responsible for the strategy, change management, or governance. Each entry describes the problem, my actions, and the context in which the work took place.
Case studies
Strategic alignment in practice
Each case study separates what was required from what I contributed. Where a result is not documented, I describe the action rather than claim an outcome.
Governance framework for a multi-unit rollout
Challenge: divisions were adopting the same initiative with different decision rights and reporting lines. My role was to define a shared governance model, set escalation thresholds, and align sponsors on a single review cadence.
Contribution: I drafted the decision-rights matrix, facilitated the sponsor sessions, and documented the review cadence for the programme office.
Change management for an operating-model shift
Challenge: teams were resistant to a new operating model whose benefits were not yet visible to them. My role was to map affected stakeholders and sequence communication around their concerns.
Contribution: I built the stakeholder map, prepared briefing materials for team leads, and tracked feedback into the next planning cycle.
Operational review of a delivery pipeline
Challenge: recurring delays were attributed to several causes at once. My role was to separate process, capacity, and dependency issues before proposing changes.
Contribution: I ran the diagnostic workshops, consolidated the findings into a single issue log, and proposed a prioritised set of corrective actions.
